We’ll reply to claims or other communications within thirty days starting from the date the claim was registered. If you send a claim using the net, you’ll receive an automatic answer of “open procedure”. You will get a letter if for any reason we’ll need more than 30 days. Please note that the name/address/phone fields are not mandatory, but you must let us know how to contact you if you would like to be kept informed about the status of your submission.
Transparency
A report of all the claims received will be entered In the Mobility Charter, containing statistics concerning the following aspects:
ways claims are classified (typology);
percentage of each type of claim compared to the grand total of received claims;
rate of claims (number of claims by the amount of customers);
standard time to reply;
claims trend (compared to previous years).
Nonconformity – Corrective actions
All the claims are considered but only the ones based on truth will be carried out. Nonconformity will be analysed, and corrected in order to prevent from mistaking again.
Privacy
The treatment of personal data will be performed mainly using automatic and computerized methods, in strict logical correspondence to the purposes themselves and, in any event, always in full respect of privacy and security rules specified by current law. In compliance with the terms and indications of Italian Law 196/2003, regulating the treatment of data of persons and other subjects, ASF AUTOLINEE Srl elected the Managing Director as data processing holder.
