 Here after you will find the requirements we are looking for:

DRIVERS: Type D Driving licence,  Drivers’ Qualification Certificate. Preference for those who possess a type E Driving Licence (otherwise you’ll be required to get it no later than a year after start of service).

EMPLOYEES: Educational qualification and eventual experience

WORKERS: Type D and E Driving licence, physical qualification and eventual experience. Preference for those who got a degree in professional or technical school.

The selection will be done considering:

DRIVERS: Technical and practical tests and a personal interview

EMPLOYEE: Personal interview and possible practical test

WORKERS: Personal interview and possible practical test

You will get a score for each test and depending on the ranking, you could be asked to see ASF’s doctor for a physical examination.

Drivers will also have to pass a psychic-aptitude test.
