The Mobility Charter is the document that regulates the relationship between public transit service companies and the citizens who use them.
The basis of the Mobility Charter are formed by two main legal regulations issued by the President of the Council of Ministers . The first one is Law no. 273 on 11 July 1995 entitled, “Urgent Measures for Simplifying Administrative Procedures and for Improving the Efficiency of Local Governments”. The second one is a Decree dated 30 December 1998 and entitled, “General Reference Guidelines for Government Service Statements in the Transportation Sector”.
With the Mobility Statement, ASF AUTOLINEE Srl commits itself to achieve the following goals:
- Improvement of the services’ quality
- Improvement of the relationship between customers and ASF AUTOLINEE Srl
- Higher Transparency in the quality of offered services
- Circulate ASF AUTOLINEE Srl goals
- Circulate customer satisfaction survey results which are performed twice a year
Data in the Mobility Charter refers to December 31st of the previous year, while the deadline for achieving the goals is December 31st the current year
