Tickets' reimbursement


Customers are allowed to ask for a refund but by contacting the outlet where they bought the ticket. We apply the following reimbursement:

§    annual pass:  90% of the amount of remaining months since the pass is returned;

§    monthly pass: 90% of the amount of remaining days since the pass is returned;

§    weekly pass not validated: 90% of the purchase price. Reimbursement must be requested by the end of  Tuesday of the week of issue.

§    ordinary ticket: 90% of the purchase price.

In case of rate change, you will get 100% of the amount of money you spent for the tickets which are not usable any more, within 3 months of the ticket expiration date.
