PRICE LIST
There are two ways to calculate the ticket price for our bus lines. Actually for some of them we apply a rate in kilometres and for some others we apply a “zone rate”
For the rate in kilometres tickets allow travel up to a maximum specified distance. The kilometre ranges usually are of 5 km for short distance and they increase up to 10 km in connection to the distance
On the other hand the “zone rate” has been organized in a different way: the territory has been divided in areas and each one of them includes one or more municipality.
When you move from an area to the other one, the area rate changes and the price increases (a single zone = rate A, 2 zones = rate B, three zones= rate C, and so on).
For those who travel in the same area, the rate does not change because all the bus stops are subjected to the same price.
RATES
Rates are set by the Provincial Council following regional rules.
Annual passes’ price is set by multiplying the price of a monthly pass by a lower number of months of a annual pass. Nowadays for example, a worker pass (12 months) costs 9,5 times a monthly one while a pass (12 months) costs 9,5 times a monthly one.
The annual subscriber is not subjected to any price increase during the validity of the pass.
IDENTIFICATION CARD
Passes are personal and therefore they cannot be made over or exchanged.
Passes are valid only if presented along with the identification card whose number and validity must show up on the pass.
Identification card is valid for 5 years and will be issued after the requester has filled in and submitted a proper form and paid a 3€ fee.

One way tickets must always be validated on board by drivers.

Tickets can be bought :
in authorized outlets, marked with the ASF logo; you can find infos about our outlets on-line or at the bus stops;
at the automatic machine at the bus station in Como

TICKETS' REIMBURSEMENT
Customers are allowed to ask for a refund but by contacting the outlet where they bought the ticket. We apply the following reimbursement:
annual pass: 90% of the amount of remaining months since the pass is returned;
monthly pass: 90% of the amount of remaining days since the pass is returned;
weekly pass not validated: 90% of the purchase price. Reimbursement must be requested by the end of Tuesday of the week of issue.
ordinary ticket: 90% of the purchase price.
In case of rate change, you will get 100% of the amount of money you spent for the tickets which are not usable any more, within 3 months of the ticket expiration date.
SANCTIONS
People who will not pay for tickets will be subjected to administrative sanctions for an amount of a hundred times the cost of the ordinary ticket.
If you pay immediately or within 60 days, you will only have to pay one third of the above amount.
If you want to give notification of the sanction, you can write to the Commercial Office within 30 days.
