ASF follows a standard operative procedure for lost items.
Items lost on the bus or at the bus station will be entered and kept for 15 days in the warehouse the bus belongs to:

After 15 days, they will be transferred to the head office in via Asiago 16 – Como.

ASF personnel will return the lost items found to their legitimate owners, when it is possible to identify them.
The items found and never claimed back will be kept for 90 days, after which they will be given to charities or destroyed if unusable.
To collect the lost items, the owner has to go in person to the warehouse with an Identity Document and a description of the object.
