All electronic and hard copy data that ASF receives while performing its activities may be subject to processing and will be handled in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

In particular, specific information notices are available regarding handling lost property, complaints, claims, suppliers and customers, setting out the purposes and methods of processing data.

ASF has appointed its Managing Director as Data Controller, and has appointed a number of Data Processors based on the activities they perform.

In accordance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, ASF notified the Italian Data Protection Authority on 23 March 2006 and on 28 August 2008 regarding the change of company name.

 

Data subjects may exercise their rights in accordance with articles 15 – 16 – 17 – 18 - 20 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) by writing to the Data Controller at the following address:
