ASF Flex: book and hop on board!

ASF Flex is the on-demand public transportation service with flexible routes and schedules to meet all your travel needs.

With ASF FLEX, you can book your trips at the time of your choice, within the service availability time slots, choosing the departure and arrival stops that are most convenient for you.

FLEX URBANO

The service in the Como urban area is available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., by booking via the app or by phone. It is available from all stops on lines N2, N7, N8 and N11.

FLEX LE VALLI

The service in the valleys is available from Monday to Saturday, upon reservation via app or telephone, in the areas of Alto Lago, Val Cavargna and Valle d'Intelvi, on lines C114, C121, C122, C123, C124, C117 and C118.

BOOKING STEPS

At the time of your request, your booking is already confirmed within a time frame of +15 to -15 minutes from the departure time you requested.

  • 1 day before: receive an SMS/APP notification as a
    reminder
  • 1 hour before: receive an SMS/APP notification
    confirming the exact departure time
  • When the bus arrives: you will receive a text message or notification in the app that your bus is waiting for you.

With ASF Flex, you can book your trips at the time you prefer, within the service's availability time slots, choosing the departure and arrival stops that are most convenient for you.

The on-call service can only be used upon reservation.

Como urban area:

  • The service is available from all ASF stops on lines N2, N7, N8 and N11 in the urban area of Como.

Valleys:

  • The service is available from all ASF stops on lines C114, C121, C122, C123, C124, C117, and C118.

📍Urban Area of Como:

  • Lines 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 will continue to operate only scheduled services according to the current timetables until the end of service.
  • Lines 2, 7, 8, and 11 will end regular service at approximately 9:00 p.m. From 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., you can use the on-call service.

📍 Val Cavargna (lines C112, C114)

  • Regular service: 5:38 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. – 7:46 p.m. (including holidays)

  • On-call service: 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

📍 Valle d’Intelvi (lines C120, C121, C122, C123, C124)

  • Regular service: 6:10 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. – end of service (including holidays)

  • On-call service: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

📍 Alto Lago (lines C110, C117, C118)

  • Regular service: 6:10 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (including holidays)

  • On-call service: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

In all other areas, only scheduled services are operating according to the timetables of the respective lines.

You can book your trip from 7 days before departure up to 1 hour before departure.

ASF Flex does not run at scheduled times like a regular bus. You must book your ride within the available service time slots.

The service is suspended in all areas on 15 August, 25 December and 1 January.

Yes, with ASF Flex you can move freely between stops in the service area, even if they belong to different lines, but within the same area.

Remember to cancel your reservation if you do not use the booked service.

Excessive absences will result in account suspension for one week.

COMO

You can purchase your ticket directly on board the bus, using credit card or cash, on the day of the ride!

Tickets can be purchased on board using the EMV system (green ticket validators) with a credit card at a cost of €2, or from the driver with a surcharge of €0.50.

If you have a Como network/urban area subscription or regional tickets, the service is included in your subscription for the entire month of August!

Valleys

The cost of the ticket, which must be purchased from the driver, is €4.40.
