ASF Flex is an on-demand public transportation service with flexible routes and schedules, designed to meet all your travel needs.
With ASF FLEX, you can book your trips at the time that suits you best—within the service’s available time slots—by choosing the departure and arrival stops that are most convenient for you.

THE STEPS IN THE RESERVATION PROCESS
At the time of your request, your reservation is already confirmed within a window of +15 to -15 minutes from the departure time you requested.
- 1 day before: You’ll receive a text message or app notification from
as a reminder - 1 hour before: You will receive an SMS or app notification from
confirming the exact departure time - When the bus arrives: You’ll receive a text message or an in-app notification letting you know that your bus is waiting for you.

The on-demand service is available only by reservation.
Como Metropolitan Area:
- The service is available at all ASF stops on lines N2, N7, N8, and N11 within the city limits of Como.
The on-demand service for the 2025/2026 summer schedule is organized as follows:

You can book your trip starting 7 days before departure and up to 1 hour before.
ASF Flex does not operate on a scheduled timetable like a regular bus. You must reserve your ride within the available service windows.
Service is suspended in all areas on August 15, December 25, and January 1.

Yes, with ASF Flex, you can move freely between stops within the service area, even if they are on different lines, as long as they are within the same area.
You can modify or cancel your trip at any time directly through the Flex app or by calling the Call Center at 031 247111 during business hours (Monday–Thursday 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Friday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.).
Please remember to cancel your reservation if you do not use the service you booked.
Excessive absences will result in the suspension of your account for one week.
You can buy your ticket directly on the bus, using a credit card or cash, on the day of your trip!
