New Train + Bus ticket: Como Open Pass

Discover Como and its surroundings with Trenord and ASF Autolinee, without a car and in a sustainable way: the Lombardy railway company and the Como public transport company are offering the “Como Open Pass”, a new ticket that combines train travel with the use of urban and suburban bus lines, taking you to the architectural beauties of the city centre or destinations outside the city such as Brunate, Menaggio, Bellagio, Argegno or Val d’Intelvi.

The package was created as part of ‘Gite in treno’ (Train Trips), an initiative by Trenord that offers itineraries and ideas for reaching leisure destinations by train, promoting sustainable tourism.

The integrated ticket “Como Open Pass”

At a cost of €15, the special ticket includes a return train journey from anywhere in Lombardy to Como Lago or Como San Giovanni stations and unlimited daily travel on local ASF bus routes (except for on-demand and reservation services), allowing you to explore Como city, Brunate and other destinations in the province, including Bellagio via Asso. The ‘Como Open Pass’ is designed for those who want to take a trip outside Como and its surroundings, avoiding queues and parking problems.

Tickets are available online on the Trenord website, at Trenord ticket offices and at authorised retailers. When purchasing a ticket, you must specify the date of use.

The paper COP ticket on ASF vehicles must be shown to the driver together with the relevant purchase receipt.
