* Extra-urban Single-Journey Tickets

All extra-urban single-journey tickets are valid for one journey only and cannot be used as a return ticket. Validate your ticket when boarding scanning the QR code at the green validator. 

• After the first validation, the QR code remains available for 10 minutes so that you can show it to the driver or to the ticket inspectors and, if necessary, board another bus if you realize that you accidentally boarded the wrong one. 

• This does not mean that the journey is limited to 10 minutes. The ticket is valid for the entire journey. 

• After the first 10 minutes, the QR code– that is valid for that journey- will be displayed in the expired section. Ticket inspectors can verify when and where it was validated by scanning the QR code. 

**Day Tickets 

Day tickets (urban and extra-urban) are valid for the whole day, from 00:00 to 24:00. 

The validity period is not calculated from the first validation. For example, if a ticket is validated at 12:00, it will remain valid only until 24:00 of that same day, and not until 12:00 the following day.

Conditions of Carriage 

1. To avoid accidental contactless activations or unauthorized transactions and any associated charges, customers must disable the NFC function before validating the QR code. 

1. Tickets must be validated when boarding by scanning the QR code at the green validator (VPE). If validation is unsuccessful, please contact the on-board staff. 

1. Travel tickets are personal, non-transferable, and must be presented to authorized staff upon request. 

1. It is strictly prohibited to copy travel tickets, whether in paper or digital format. Copies/photos are not valid, and any improper use or misuse (e.g.: travelling with expired tickets or with a wrong fare) may result in sanctions.
